Shipment processing time

All in-stock orders will be processed within 2-3 business days. Once the shipment is confirmed, confirmation and the tracking number will be sent to each of our customers. 
 
We anticipate a high volume of orders in a limited time and are trying our best to manufacture, personalize and deliver all items as soon as possible. Should there be any delays, our staff will communicate with all our customers by email. 
 
Shipping delivery estimates (after products are ready packed):

Standard Shipping Times
Kota Kinabalu, Penampang, Putatan area: 1-2 days
Putside of area above (within Sabah): 4-6 days

*Due to potential/on-going restrictions on certain delivery routes, delivery delays may occur. Customers will be contacted by email from our support team if such a delay happens. 
 
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

To ensure smooth delivery, please kindly ensure that all addresses given for delivery are able to accept physical delivery.
 
Customs, duties, and taxes

TedBoss is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). 
 
Damages

TedBoss is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please take pictures of the damaged products and contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
