HandiBox is made of recyclable pure polypropylene (PP).
The size is 256mm (W) x 335mm (L) x 183mm (H).
The weight for each shoebox is 639 gm. The actual weight could vary up to 15-20 gm.
We accept credit card payment via Stripe and also online banking through FPX. All major credit cards are accepted. No extra charge is applicable for both credit card and online banking as they have been taken care of by us.
Yes, we do accept bulk orders. Please send an email to myTedBoss@gmail.com and tell us what your requirements are and we will respond accordingly within 24 to 48 hours.
We think everyone deserves more than one HandiBox. Hence it would be more economical to pack the HandiBoxes in bundle of 3. However, if you need to buy one unit only, please contact our customer service at myTedBoss@gmail.com. We can get it done for you.
Under normal condition, delivery within Kota Kinabalu, Penampang and Putatan area will take 1-2 working days.
Delivery to other areas within Sabah will take 4-6 working days.
Delivery is expected to take longer than usual when there are restrictions implemented by the government.
Tracking information will be send to your email address once the item is ready to be shipped out from our warehouse.
We are working endlessly to keep the shipping cost low for our customers in Sabah. Below are the current shipping cost:

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) for an exchange or a full refund within 30 days from the day you've received your parcel. (Returns must be in the state you received them, in the original packaging and not damaged).
If the item returned is not in its original state, it may not qualify for an exchange or a refund.

In general, it takes about 10 to 15 working days for us to process - which inclusive of getting your package at the fulfilment centre, inspection, inbounding to inventory before you finally receive your exchange or refund.
The refund amount will be the exact paid amount for the order made by you.
Besides our 30-days customer satisfaction policy, we do not offer warranty for our product. Rest assured all our products have met the highest production and quality control standards before being packed and delivered to you.
